Career Change Fast-Track

• Earn 39 credits in nine months: two 10-week sessions & 15 weeks of student teaching.

• Attend class four weekdays and apply what you learn in a field placement classroom one day per week.

• Achieve state-approved dual certification in general & special education.

Master of Arts Degree in Administration & Leadership

program for full-time certified teachers

M.A. in Administration & Leadership

(Principal Certification)

Program is offered onsite (a cohort of 12 students or more is required) for educators who hold a standard teacher certification in New Jersey. The curriculum is designed to engage contemporary educators in broadening their professional knowledge; understanding school law, governance, finance, and resource management; leading learning organizations; measuring accountability for students' progress; and researching and applying best practices. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of teaching experience to be eligible to apply for certification as a principal in New Jersey.
